Individual Therapy
A space to steady, reflect and realign
You may be navigating a life that looks “good on paper” but doesn’t feel fulfilling, grappling with a transition, or finding that your usual coping strategies are no longer working. Perhaps stress has become a constant companion, leaving you swept up in reactivity rather than able to respond with clarity and care.
Therapy at Weleful is about slowing down enough to understand what is happening, reconnecting with what matters most to you, and developing the courage and skills to live in closer alignment with your values even within complex and demanding circumstances.
We work compassionately and collaboratively, drawing on evidence-based psychological approaches. Sessions offer space to:
- Make sense of emotional distress and patterns that no longer serve you
- Reconnect with calm and steadiness during challenging moments
- Strengthen self-compassion and inner resources
- Move towards a life that feels more meaningful, sustainable, and grounded
Therapy is offered by:
Dr Evgenia Kostaki, Clinical Psychologist (limited availability, with a focus on high-achieving professionals and leaders navigating transitions)
Dr Kwun Chan, Counselling Psychologist (offering 1:1 therapy for adults seeking to improve emotional wellbeing)
The Calm Leader Masterclass: How to lead with calm even when the pressure is on.
Led by Dr Evgenia Kostaki, Clinical Psychologist with experience supporting people in high-pressure, high-stakes roles, The Calm Leader Masterclass is a focused, 60-minute session for leaders who want practical tools to steady themselves when it matters most.
When stress takes over, leaders can become swept up in urgency and make decisions that have costly consequences for themselves, their teams, and their organisations.
This masterclass offers a different approach: calm as a foundation for effective leadership.
In this masterclass, participants will explore how stress can shape decision making and learn a simple but powerful and practical evidence-based tool to regain calm in the moment. Participants will also start to recognise whether their actions are helping them and their team move toward what truly matters, and leave with a clear, actionable plan to start leading with calm right away. They’ ll also gain a sense of how the full Leading with Calm, Clarity and Courage programme can support their ongoing growth as a leader.
The tone of the session is grounding, thought-provoking, and informative offering an intriguing and validating perspective that many leaders haven’t been given space to explore.
Leading with Calm, Clarity and Courage: A 6-week leadership development programme
Lead steadily. Decide clearly. Act in line with what matters.
The Leading with Calm, Clarity and Courage (LCCC) programme is designed for thoughtful, values-led leaders who are realising that their current patterns of working — constant urgency, firefighting, pushing through — are no longer sustainable.
In today’s fast-moving and uncertain environments, even highly capable leaders can feel overwhelmed, reactive, and disconnected from their core values. When calm is lost, decision-making suffers, teams feel the ripple effects, and burnout becomes more likely.
This six-week programme equips leaders to:
- Stay grounded and steady under pressure
- Proceed thoughtfully rather than reactively
- Act in alignment with their values
- Let go of habits that no longer serve them and develop new, sustainable ways of leading
Through a blend of taught input, reflective exercises, and real-world application, participants build a personal leadership toolkit they can use immediately and return to long after the programme ends.
At its heart, LCCC is about restoring something that may have been lost (calm, clarity, trust in oneself) while also developing something new: a more compassionate, intentional, and sustainable way of leading.
Retainers
Ongoing psychological partnership for leaders and organisations
Our retainers offer organisations and senior leaders a trusted, ongoing relationship rather than one-off interventions.
This work is suited to organisations navigating transition, complexity, or growth and who want bespoke, thoughtful input rather than surface-level solutions. Retainers can include a tailored blend of reflective leadership support, strategic wellbeing consultation and effective wellbeing workshops.
Retainers are especially helpful when organisations want to:
- Support leaders through sustained pressure or change
- Embed wellbeing and values-led leadership into strategy and culture
- Think systemically about burnout, decision-making, and psychological safety
- Have a consistent, trusted psychological presence alongside leadership
The emphasis is on depth, continuity, and creating holding environments where clearer thinking and more humane leadership can emerge.
