Dr Kwun Chan has worked in the NHS for over 10 years with adults and young people. He can offer support with a variety of difficulties such as anxiety, depression, phobia, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and trauma and works with a broad range of clientele from a diverse range of backgrounds. 

Dr Kwun Chan works integratively, meaning he incorporates a range of therapeutic approaches in his practice according to individuals' needs. He believes therapy should be a collaborative process, accessible to everyone and a safe space to explore options that enable positive changes towards both physical and emotional wellbeing.


Continuous professional development

Dr Kwun Chan continues to develop his knowledge and skills by attending further training and workshops. Some areas in which he has sought to up-skill in recent years include:

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) – 2023
  • Certificate in Supervision - 2022
  • Dialectal Behavioural Therapy Skills – 2021


Dr Kwun Chan provides clinical supervision to trainee and qualified psychologists. His supervision style is flexible and based on the Seven Eyed Model, focusing on developing the individual practitioner and allowing a helpful exploration of the presenting issues.
